How Can I Upgrade My Workspace?

Enterprise workspace upgrades are handled by our support team and cannot be done directly through the application interface. Here's how to request an upgrade:

Please note, Numeric used to offer an Essentials Plan. This article is directed at teams who are currently on an Essentials Plan, and wish to request an upgrade to an Enterprise Plan.

Requesting an Enterprise Upgrade

To upgrade your workspace to Enterprise, contact our support team (solutions@numeric.io) with the following information:

  • The exact name(s) of the workspace(s) you want upgraded

  • The size of your Accounting team

  • The GL you use (ex: NetSuite)

  • Specify that you need an "Enterprise upgrade"

Common Issues and Solutions

Still seeing upgrade prompts after Enterprise upgrade

If you're still seeing messages to upgrade or "Upgrade to connect" buttons after your workspace has been upgraded to Enterprise, this may indicate:

  • You may have created a new workspace with a similar name instead of accessing the existing Enterprise workspace

  • You may need to be added to the correct Enterprise workspace

Contact support to verify you're accessing the correct workspace and to be added to the appropriate Enterprise workspace if needed.

Unsure of what to name your Workspace?

The workspace name doesn't need to match your accounting system exactly. Our team handles the license type configuration separately from the workspace name, so you can use any descriptive name that works for your organization.
