How to Schedule a Call with the Numeric Team

There are several ways to connect with the Numeric team depending on your needs and current relationship with us.

For existing customers

If you're already a Numeric customer and need to schedule a call for support, training, or to discuss specific features, there are three methods available to get in touch.

  1. Shared Slack/Teams Channels with your Solutions Manager/Account Executive

  • Reach out directly to your Account Manager or Solutions team member via your existing communication channels

  1. Through Email

  • If you are unsure who to reach out to, contact our support team (support@numeric.io), and they'll connect you with the appropriate person

  1. Through In-App Chat

  • While in your workspace, navigate to the left menu panel on your screen. Towards the bottom of the menu, select the 'Support' button. Type in your question and begin chatting!

For new prospects or demo requests

If you're interested in learning about Numeric and haven't connected with our team yet:

  1. Submit a demo request through our website here.

  2. If you don't receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, reach out directly to our sales team (sales@numeric.io)

  3. Mention your company size, accounting system (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), and specific use cases you're interested in exploring

For implementation and onboarding

Once you've signed an agreement with Numeric, our team will proactively reach out to schedule your kickoff call. This typically includes:

  • An introduction to your Solutions team member

  • Scheduling a kickoff call to outline the onboarding process

  • Gathering necessary information about your workspace setup

What to expect

Our team is flexible with scheduling and will work around your availability, especially during busy periods like month-end close.

When scheduling, it's helpful to mention:

  • Your specific goals for the call

  • Any time zone considerations

  • Whether you'd prefer to meet individually or with your team

  • Any urgent timing needs
